Military Ball
Our Military Ball Is Conducted According To Traditional Military Rules, Dress, And Etiquette. Attendance By Local And MOAA Dignitaries Enhances The Significance And Glamor Of The Festivities.
JROTC
Lee County’s JROTC Program is the Largest Army program in the Nation.
Our Chapter actively supports the JROTC programs at all high schools in Lee County. Each year, the top students from JROTC at each school are honored with Awards and considered for scholarships by the Chapter.
Guest Speakers
Many of our Monhly Membership Meetings include guest speakers – local digniataries offering present and future information based on their role. Every speaker invites questions from our members. Plan to attend.
Donations
Annually the Chapter provides donations in support of JROTC as well as worthy veteran needs.
MOAA Events
Many of our members are actively invloved and support other organizations on boards and committees helping to make the growing city of Cape Coral better for everyone.
Golf Tournament
Annually, the Chapter and it’s members participate and support a Golf Tournament. All net proceeds awarded to the Chapter isused in support of ROTC Scholarship Program.
Conventions
Each year members of our Officer Board of Directors attend the Florida Council of Chapters (FCOC) Leadership Training Conference and Annual Convention. The FCOC Motto “Comadiere with a Purpose” aptly describes it’s mission.
