The Cape Coral Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America (CCCMOAA) awards scholarships to full-time first-semester students enrolled in a certified college/university ROTC program.

Each Cadet must provide verification that they have successfully completed the first semester of an accredited commissioning training program in good standing.
